Our priority in this account is to increase the number of form submissions. Therefore, it was decided to make performance optimizations in the Performance Max campaign to increase the number of form submissions and reduce the cost per form submission. Since the optimization areas in the Performance Max campaign were limited, the priority was to keep assets at an excellent level and update audience signals with CRM data at regular intervals. In addition, location-based optimizations and campaign-specific conversion settings were used in the campaign.
Due to the positive results of these optimizations, despite a 176.46% increase in the campaign budget, there was a 43.08% decrease in CPC and a 175.92% increase in CTR. In the same time period, there was a 326.53% increase in the number of form submissions. Although there was a significant increase in cost, the cost per form decreased by 35.18%.
