These Terms govern your use of mdSync (“the App”), operated by Digimetri. By installing the App on a Shopify store, you (“Merchant”) agree to these Terms.
mdSync is a Shopify app that:
You may install the App on Shopify stores you own or are authorized to administer. You may not:
mdSync is offered at $0.99 USD per month, billed by Shopify on your existing Shopify invoice. Charges begin upon install and approval of the recurring application charge. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may be revised with at least 30 days' written notice to existing merchants; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
We aim to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that materially affect installed merchants.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digimetri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
You may uninstall the App at any time via your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or Shopify's policies. Upon termination, all shop data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
